Welcome to SnackBrake. By downloading, installing, or using the SnackBrake application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SnackBrake is a wellness application that uses artificial intelligence to help users understand their snacking habits, manage cravings, and make smarter food choices. The App provides AI-powered coaching, pattern detection, smart snack swaps, meal building tools, and related wellness features.
SnackBrake is a wellness and habit-awareness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach provides general wellness guidance only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, eating disorder, or are pregnant or nursing.
You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription pricing:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of SnackBrake — including the design, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SnackBrake and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the data you enter (snack logs, chat messages, preferences). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services.
The AI coach, swap recommendations, and meal plans are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should use your own judgment when following any recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnackBrake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@snackbrake.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which SnackBrake operates.
